Brevard Health Center is led by Dr. Balaji.  For over 25 years, Dr. Balaji has developed a skill set in managing diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol disorders and other health issues. He completed his Medical School from JJM Medical College, University of Mysore, India. He was awarded “Resident of Year” for his outstanding contribution to medical education and patient care while he was doing his Internal Medicine Residency at UPMC McKeesport, PA. Dr. Balaji is a clinical hypertension specialist and has also obtained a board Certification in Lipidology, the study of cholesterol and its disorders, to combat the Nation’s leading cause of death: heart disease.  Dr. Balaji is committed to providing excellent care for his patients. To assist with this he has accomplished his MBA in healthcare from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is proud to be associated with UCF College of Medicine as an assistant professor. Dr. Balaji is married and has two children. 

Brevard Health Center is happy to have Monique Gilbert who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of Florida. In 2014, she completed her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Salus University.  She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed in the state of Florida. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Monique was born in Virginia but grew up in Melbourne, Florida. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, rooting for the Florida Gators and keeping up with her physical fitness.

Brevard Health Center is happy to have Niroj Alsuleivani who earned her Bachelor's in Science from University of Windsor, in Windsor Ontario Canada. She completed her Master of Science in Medicine Physician Assistant studies from the University of Western Michigan.  She is Board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed in the state of Florida.  During her spare time, she loves to travel, staying active, try new food, and enjoy all the sunshine Florida has to offer.
